Jon Wohlfert, Founder
Jon is a 35+-year veteran of the lodging industry with deep experience in building lodging brands, holding executive leadership roles in both extended stay and corporate housing.
The brands include Residence Inn, Summerfield Suites, BridgeStreet Global Hospitality, Extended Stay America, WaterWalk by Wyndham, The AltAccom Group and RESIDE, a Wyndham Residence.
His roles include EVP Sales and Marketing, Managing Director of the Americas, Chief Marketing Officer, Chief Technology Officer, Chief Revenue Officer, President and Co-CEO.
Shawn Kaleta , Founder
Shawn Kaleta has spent the last 20+ years developing vacation rentals and hotels in south Florida.
He founded Prime Vacations, a company that manages hundreds of private rental homes, and had a successful exit in 2024.
In addition to rental homes, Shawn is the pioneer of the Elevant concept of transforming vintage hotels into 4 star hotels. His work on Anna Maria Island, Casey Key, Key West and Siesta Key is the foundation for our brand.
Steve Burks , Founder
Steve is a senior hospitality executive with over 30 years of experience in leadership roles across development, sales, and operations.
His career spans both leading global hospitality brands and real estate development firms, where he has directed large-scale resort, hotel, and mixed-use projects.
Steve’s expertise includes guiding strategic growth, leading high-performing teams, and overseeing complex real estate developments in both hospitality and residential sectors.
